Stat. § 52:27D-198.8","heading":"Findings, declarations relative to installation of fire suppression systems in student dormitories.","body":"2.\tThe Legislature finds and declares that:\na.\tEducation plays a vital role in the economic development of the nation and the State, by providing the education and training of the work force of the future.\nb.\tThe safety of students housed in dormitories at secondary schools, military schools, boarding schools, or at institutions of higher education is a vital concern.  These students represent New Jersey's future.\nc.\tAutomatic fire suppression systems installed in buildings have been proven to be a very effective method of preventing injury, death and widespread property damage.
