Stat. § 52:27D-25","heading":"Director of division of housing and urban renewal; appointment;   salary;  duties","body":"The Division of Housing and Urban Renewal shall be under the immediate supervision of a director, who shall be a person qualified by training and experience to direct the work of such division.  The director shall be appointed by the commissioner and shall serve at the pleasure of the commissioner and until the director's successor is appointed and has qualified.
