Establish procedures for county colleges to apply for funds under the Local Government Education Program;\nb.   Establish standards for the courses, workshops and seminars offered under the Local Government Education Program;\nc.   Coordinate activities offered under the Local Government Education Program with similar activities offered by other agencies and institutions;\nd.   Conduct a continuous review of the program; and\ne.
