The Chief of the Office of the Victim-Witness Advocacy shall appoint a county victim-witness coordinator in each county.\nb.   A county victim-witness coordinator shall be responsible for the implementation of the victim-witness rights program in that county.\nc.   Each county prosecutor shall provide office space, when available, for the victim-witness coordinator of that county.\nd.
