Stat. § 52:9B-4","heading":"Membership of commission","body":"The New Jersey Intergovernmental Relations Commission shall be composed of 15 members, namely:\nThe five members of the committee on intergovernmental relations of the Senate.\nThe five members of the committee on intergovernmental relations of the General Assembly, and\nFive officials of the State named by the Governor, who shall hold office during the pleasure of the Governor.\nThe Governor shall be an honorary member of the commission.\nAmended by L.1970, c. 10, s. 4, eff.
