Stat. § 53:1-18.5","heading":"\"Dangerous drugs\"  defined","body":"As used in this act of which this act is amendatory and supplementary \"dangerous drugs, substances or compounds\"  means and includes any of the following in any form:  any depressant, stimulant or hallucinogenic drug, substance or compound as defined pursuant to section 1 of chapter 314 of the laws of 1966 (C. 24:6C-1) or the New Jersey Controlled Dangerous Substances Act  or any prescription legend drug which is not a narcotic drug within the meaning  of chapter 18 of Title 24 of the Revised Statutes or the New Jersey Controlled  Dangerous Substances Act, unless obtained from, or on a valid prescription of,  and used as prescribed by, a duly licensed physician, veterinarian or dentist.\nAdded by L.1967, c. 298, s. 2, eff.
