If such a finding is made, the motor vehicle franchisor shall not grant, relocate, reopen or reactivate the proposed franchise or establish, relocate, reopen or reactivate the proposed business until the committee has made a final determination that that action does not violate this act.\nL.1982, c. 156, s. 7, eff.
