Stat. § 56:10-6.3","heading":"Inapplicability of act relative to family members.","body":"3.\tThe provisions of P.L.2009, c.63 (C.56:10-6.1 et seq.) shall not apply to the sale, transfer, or assignment of one or more franchise premises from one family member to another family member.
