Stat. § 58:10-23.11d1","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\"Major facility\" has the same meaning as set forth in section 3 of P.L.1976, c.141 (C.58:10-23.11b);\n\"Transmission pipeline\" means new and existing pipe and any equipment, facility, rights-of-way, or building used or intended for use in the transportation of a hazardous substance by a pipeline and having a throughput capacity as established by regulations adopted by the department.
