Stat. § 58:25-3","heading":"Definitions","body":"For the purposes of sections 11 through 20 of this act unless the context clearly requires a different meaning:\na.   \"Local governmental unit\"  shall mean and include a county, municipality or any public agency established by the State as a regional agency  or authority or by a county or a municipality for the purpose of constructing  or operating a public sanitary sewerage facility.\nb.   \"Commissioner\"  shall mean the Commissioner of Environmental Protection.\nL.1979, c. 321, s. 13, eff.
