Stat. § 58:27-11","heading":"Negotiation of proposed contract.","body":"11.\tUpon designating the selected vendor or vendors pursuant to section 10 of this act, a contracting unit shall negotiate with the selected vendor or vendors a proposed contract, which shall include the accepted proposal and the provisions required pursuant to section 15 of this act.
