No later than 18 months after the effective date of P.L.2021, c.262 (C.58:31-4.1 et al.), and every three years thereafter, the department shall prepare and submit a report to the Governor and, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), the Legislature assessing:\na.\tthe data submitted by public community water systems pursuant to subsections b. and c. of section 7 of P.L.2017, c.133 (C.58:31-7).
