Stat. § 58:31-9","heading":"Penalties, remedies.","body":"8.\tAny person who violates the provisions of P.L.2017, c.133 (C.58:31-1 et seq.), or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto, shall be subject to the penalties and other remedies set forth in section 10 of P.L.1977, c.224 (C.58:12A-10).
