Stat. § 9:3-40.2","heading":"Definitions relative to adoption agencies.","body":"1.\tAs used in this act:\n\"Approved agency\" or \"agency\" shall have the same meaning as provided in section 2 of P.L.1977, c.367 (C.9:3-38);\n\"Department\" means the Department of Children and Families;\n\"Staff member\" means a person 18 years of age or older who is an administrator of an agency, or who works in an agency on a regularly scheduled basis during the agency's operating hours.
