Stat. § 9:6-8.18","heading":"Division of Child Protection and Permanency, actions upon receipt of report.","body":"3.\tThe Division of Child Protection and Permanency, shall upon receipt of such report, take action to insure the safety of the child under section 4 of P.L.1971, c.437 (C.9:6-8.11).
