Stat. § 9:6-8.60","heading":"Petition to terminate placement","body":"Any interested person acting on behalf of a child placed under section 34 hereof or the child's parents or guardian may petition the court for any order terminating the placement.  The petition must be verified and must show:\na.  That an application for the child's return to his home was made to an appropriate person after expiration of the Order of Placement provided for in section 34 hereof;\nb.  That the application was denied or was not granted within 30 days from the day application was made;  and\nc.  The grounds for the petition.\nL.1974, c. 119, s. 40, eff.
