Stat. § App.A:9-42.1a","heading":"Coordinator appointed prior to Jan. 21, 1986, exception; term","body":"Any county emergency management coordinator appointed prior to the effective date of P.L.1985, c.504 (C.App.A:9-42.1a) shall serve for the length of the term to which the coordinator was appointed unless removed for just cause, except that any coordinator not appointed for a specific term shall begin the new term on the effective date of this act.
