Stat. § App.A:9-51.7","heading":"Compensation for taking of property","body":"Nothing in this act shall be construed to deny to any person who has an interest in any property which has been possessed by the municipality the right  to obtain therefor just compensation to the extent that such property shall  have been taken by the municipality.
