A person who is isolated or quarantined may request a hearing in court, as provided in Section 10 [12-10A-10 NMSA 1978] of the Public Health Emergency Response Act, for remedies regarding treatment or the terms and condition of the isolation or quarantine.\nB. Upon receiving a request for a hearing pursuant to this section, the court shall fix a date for a hearing within seven days of the court's receipt of the request.\nC. A request for a hearing does not alter an order for isolation or quarantine.
