The department shall make available a list of sexually transmitted infections for which reporting is required.\nB. Reports of sexually transmitted infections shall be made in accordance with department rules.\nC. Every health care provider that makes a diagnosis of, treats or prescribes for or otherwise has knowledge of a case of sexually transmitted infection for which reporting is required by department rules shall report the case immediately.\nD.
