The \"interagency committee on long-term care\" is created.\nB. Members of the interagency committee on long-term care shall be the heads of the following agencies or their designated representatives:\n(1) the authority;\n(2) the aging and long-term services department;\n(3) the department of health;\n(4) the children, youth and families department;\n(5) the workforce solutions department;\n(6) the governor's commission on disability;\n(7) the developmental disabilities council; and\n(8) the office of superintendent of insurance.\nC. The interagency committee on long-term care shall design and implement a coordinated service delivery system that fulfills the legislative mandate to develop a coordinated long-term care system.\nD.
