The fund may be used to pay for:\n(1) expenses of burial or cremation of an indigent person;\n(2) ambulance transportation, hospital care and health care services for indigent patients;\n(3) all or a portion of the:\n(a) monthly premiums of public or private health insurance or coverage for indigent patients; or\n(b) out-of-pocket costs, including copayments and deductibles, incurred by indigent patient insureds pursuant to the terms of a public or private health insurance policy or coverage plan; or\n(4) county administrative expenses associated with fund expenditures authorized in Paragraphs (1) through (3) of this subsection.\nB.
