The governing body may appoint a park commission. One commissioner shall serve a one-year term, one commissioner shall serve a two-year term and one commissioner shall serve a three-year term so that after the initial appointments, one commissioner shall be appointed each year for a three-year term. The first three commissioners shall determine by lot their respective terms. Each commissioner shall be a resident of the municipality.\nB.
