There is created in the state treasury the \"crime victims reparation fund\".\nB. Money in the crime victims reparation fund may be expended by the commission to:\n(1) pay any award of reparation to victims made pursuant to the Crime Victims Reparation Act;\n(2) pay costs and expenses including staff salaries and expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of the Crime Victims Reparation Act; and\n(3) contract with one or more attorneys or law firms on a per hour basis to provide legal services to the commission.\nC.
