{"data":{"id":"us-nm/5-7-2","jurisdiction":"us-nm","citation":"5-7-2","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in the Fire District Bond Act:\nA. \"fire district bonds\" means the bonds authorized in the Fire District Bond Act;\nB. \"governing body\" means the board of county commissioners of a county or the city council, city commission or board of trustees of a municipality;\nC. \"pledged revenues\" means the revenues, net income or net revenues authorized to be pledged to the payment of particular bonds as specifically provided in Section 3 [5-7-3 NMSA 1978] of the Fire District Bond Act; and\nD. \"project revenues\" means the net revenues of the fire district as well as revenues received by the fire district from the fire protection fund as provided in Sections 59-15-1 through 59-15-18 NMSA 1978 [repealed], which may be pledged to fire district bonds pursuant to Subsection B of Section 3 of the Fire District Bond Act.","path":["Chapter 5 - Municipalities and Counties","ARTICLE 7 Fire District Bonds"],"source_url":"https://nmonesource.com/nmos/nmsa-unanno/en/item/18447/index.do","current_through":"2025-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T15:02:19Z","sha256":"61962317cfb38a4c2823ffcadc145e52ba6332ec80bd7d7b0888b6ef2c3e3cea","source_id":"us-nm","stale":false,"prev":"us-nm/5-7-1","next":"us-nm/5-7-3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
