An insurer shall for a policy of insurance coverage provide the named insured of the policy with premium and claim data within sixty days of receipt of a written request from the named insured.\nB. As used in this section \"premium and claim data\" shall include:\n(1) the sum of all premiums charged or billed by the insurer for the insurance policy;\n(2) the sum of all amounts paid out pursuant to claims covered under the policy;\n(3) a list of all pending claims against the policy which are open; and\n(4) cumulative loss or claim reserves chargeable to the policy.\nC.
