{"data":{"id":"us-nm/59a-23f-10","jurisdiction":"us-nm","citation":"59A-23F-10","heading":"Reporting.","body":"The board shall make reports publicly available as follows:\nA. during all exchange open enrollment periods beginning on or after October 1, 2021, the board shall produce weekly reports that include information on:\n(1) applications;\n(2) plan selections;\n(3) new enrollees;\n(4) enrollees renewing coverage;\n(5) call center volume; and\n(6) website traffic;\nB. within sixty days following the last day of each open enrollment period beginning on or after October 1, 2021, the board shall produce a report with the number of effectuated enrollments from the most recent open enrollment period; and\nC. beginning on September 1, 2022, and on each succeeding September 1, the board, in consultation with the superintendent, shall issue a report that includes analysis of:\n(1) the individual health insurance market;\n(2) on- and off-exchange enrollment and demographics;\n(3) small business enrollment;\n(4) qualified health plan pricing;\n(5) outreach and enrollment assistance activities;\n(6) the impact of offering standardized health plans; and\n(7) the remaining uninsured in New Mexico and strategies to reach them.","path":["Chapter 59A - Insurance Code","ARTICLE 23F New Mexico Health Insurance Exchange"],"source_url":"https://nmonesource.com/nmos/nmsa-unanno/en/item/18562/index.do","current_through":"2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T15:02:20Z","sha256":"60efeff317950a9a4eeebbe764283f69aa9e641119b75e832bb7ee1de4c083f3","source_id":"us-nm","stale":false,"prev":"us-nm/59a-23f-9","next":"us-nm/59a-23f-11"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
