{"data":{"id":"us-nm/59a-36-2","jurisdiction":"us-nm","citation":"59A-36-2","heading":"Ownership statements; filing.","body":"Every person who is directly or indirectly the beneficial owner of more than ten percent of any class of any equity security of a domestic stock insurer, or who is a director or an officer of such insurer, shall file with the superintendent within ten (10) days after he becomes such beneficial owner, director or officer a statement, in such form as the superintendent may prescribe, of the amount of all equity securities of such insurer of which he is the beneficial owner; and within ten (10) days after the close of each calendar month thereafter, if there has been a change in such ownership during such month, shall file with the superintendent a statement, in such form as the superintendent may prescribe, indicating his ownership at the close of the calendar month and such changes in his ownership as have occurred during such calendar month.","path":["Chapter 59A - Insurance Code","ARTICLE 36 Insider Trading in Equity Security of Domestic Insurer"],"source_url":"https://nmonesource.com/nmos/nmsa-unanno/en/item/18562/index.do","current_through":"2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T15:02:20Z","sha256":"189a4d67dfe61de45a2ab0f7eca3c5fcd80c63cee9cd73c35f00b929576677fe","source_id":"us-nm","stale":false,"prev":"us-nm/59a-36-1","next":"us-nm/59a-36-3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
