{"data":{"id":"us-nm/59a-64-5","jurisdiction":"us-nm","citation":"59A-64-5","heading":"Travel protection plans.","body":"A travel protection plan may be offered for one price for the combined features that the travel protection plan offers in this state if:\nA. the travel protection plan:\n(1) clearly discloses to the consumer, at or prior to the time of purchase, whether the travel protection plan includes travel insurance, travel assistance services or cancellation fee waivers, as applicable; and\n(2) provides information and an opportunity, at or prior to the time of purchase, for the consumer to obtain additional information regarding the features and pricing of each; and\nB. the fulfillment materials:\n(1) describe and delineate the travel insurance, travel assistance services and cancellation fee waivers in the travel protection plan; and\n(2) include the travel insurance disclosures and contact information for persons providing travel assistance services and cancellation fee waivers, as applicable.","path":["Chapter 59A - Insurance Code","ARTICLE 64 Travel Insurance"],"source_url":"https://nmonesource.com/nmos/nmsa-unanno/en/item/18562/index.do","current_through":"2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T15:02:20Z","sha256":"1dd31886d5ead93a6ece6f2fdcb45ac6c50d19e30682b38630e7c4c680719c6c","source_id":"us-nm","stale":false,"prev":"us-nm/59a-64-4","next":"us-nm/59a-64-6"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
