It is unlawful to knowingly:\n(1) influence the winning of a prize through the use of coercion, fraud, deception or tampering with lottery equipment or materials;\n(2) make a material false statement in any application for selection as a lottery retailer or any lottery vendor proposal or other proposal to conduct lottery activities or to make a material false entry in any book or record that is compiled or maintained or submitted pursuant to the provisions of the New Mexico Lottery Act;\n(3) obtain or attempt to obtain access to a computer database or information maintained by the authority without the specific written authorization of the authority; or\n(4) obtain or attempt to obtain access to a computer database or information maintained by a person pursuant to a contract with the authority without the specific written authorization of the authority.\nB.
