{"data":{"id":"us-nm/6-30-5","jurisdiction":"us-nm","citation":"6-30-5","heading":"Board; duties.","body":"The board shall:\nA. promulgate such rules as are necessary to govern the acceptance, evaluation and prioritization of applications submitted by qualified entities for financial assistance;\nB. after applications have been processed and evaluated by the authority, prioritize the qualified projects for financial assistance; and\nC. upon such terms and conditions as are established by the authority, recommend the prioritized projects to the authority for financial assistance for:\n(1) planning, designing, constructing, improving or expanding a qualified project;\n(2) developing engineering feasibility reports for qualified projects;\n(3) inspecting construction of qualified projects;\n(4) providing professional services;\n(5) completing environmental assessments or archaeological clearances and other surveys for qualified projects;\n(6) acquiring land, water rights, easements or rights of way; or\n(7) paying legal costs and fiscal agent fees associated with development of qualified projects.","path":["Chapter 6 - Public Finances","ARTICLE 30 Colonias Infrastructure"],"source_url":"https://nmonesource.com/nmos/nmsa-unanno/en/item/18506/index.do","current_through":"2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T15:02:19Z","sha256":"17c721065f2a14a758ddfc5278a16906b1c8080e1012755b6c8736c541bdac13","source_id":"us-nm","stale":false,"prev":"us-nm/6-30-4","next":"us-nm/6-30-6"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
