All promoters, foreign co-promoters, matchmakers, professional boxers, professional kickboxers, professional martial artists, professional mixed martial artists, sports entertainment wrestlers, managers, seconds, announcers, referees, trainers, booking agents and timekeepers shall be licensed by the commission.\nB. No person shall be permitted to participate either directly or indirectly in any professional contest unless the person has first procured a license from the commission.\nC.
