Permissible fireworks are:\n(1) ground and hand-held sparkling devices:\n(a) cone fountains;\n(b) crackling devices;\n(c) cylindrical fountains;\n(d) flitter sparklers;\n(e) ground spinners;\n(f) illuminating torches; and\n(g) wheels;\n(2) aerial devices:\n(a) aerial shell kit-reloadable tubes;\n(b) aerial spinners;\n(c) helicopters;\n(d) mines;\n(e) missile-type rockets;\n(f) multiple tube devices;\n(g) roman candles;\n(h) shells; and\n(i) stick-type rockets, except as provided in Subsection B of this section; and\n(3) ground audible devices:\n(a) chasers; and\n(b) firecrackers.\nB. The following types of fireworks are not permissible fireworks:\n(1) stick-type rockets having a tube less than five-eighths inch outside diameter and less than three and one-half inches in length; and\n(2) fireworks intended for sale to the public that produce an audible effect, other than a whistle, by a charge of more than one hundred thirty milligrams of explosive composition per report.\nC.
