An application for a bingo license shall not be granted unless the applicant is a qualified organization and is authorized to do business in New Mexico.\nB. An application for a manufacturer's license or a distributor's license shall not be granted unless the applicant is qualified to do business in New Mexico.\nC. An application for a permit shall not be granted if the applicant has been convicted of a felony offense or a violation of the New Mexico Bingo and Raffle Act within ten years of the date of application.\nD.
