It is a violation of the Liquor Control Act [60-3A-1 NMSA 1978] for a licensee to knowingly:\n(1) allow prostitution on the licensed premises;\n(2) allow or permit the loitering of or solicitation by known prostitutes on the licensed premises; or\n(3) procure a prostitute for a patron, solicit a patron for a prostitute or solicit for a house of prostitution.\nB.
