Except as provided in Section 61-1-34 NMSA 1978, the board, by regulation, may charge the following fees:\n(1) application for licensure as a physical therapist, not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300); provided that an additional fee to cover the cost of any examinations provided by the board may be charged;\n(2) application for licensure as a physical therapist assistant, not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300); provided that an additional fee to cover the cost of any examinations provided by the board may be charged;\n(3) annual renewal of license as a physical therapist, not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150);\n(4) annual renewal of license as a physical therapist assistant, not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100); and\n(5) late fee, not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500).\nB.
