(Repealed effective July 1, 2028.)","body":"The board:\nA. shall select and provide for the administration of examinations for licensure no less often than semiannually;\nB. shall establish the passing scores for the New Mexico laws and regulation examinations;\nC. shall determine eligibility of individuals for licensure;\nD. shall set fees for administrative services and licenses as authorized by the Athletic Trainer Practice Act, and authorize all disbursements necessary to carry out the provisions of that act;\nE. shall review license applications and recommend approval or disapproval;\nF. may adopt and file, in accordance with the State Rules Act [Chapter 14, Article 4 NMSA 1978], rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of the Athletic Trainer Practice Act;\nG. may take any disciplinary action allowed by and in accordance with the provisions of the Uniform Licensing Act [61-1-1 to 61-1-31 NMSA 1978];\nH. may conduct hearings upon charges relating to the discipline of licensees, including the denial, suspension or revocation of a license;\nI. may adopt a code of ethics; and\nJ. may require and establish criteria for continuing education.","path":["Chapter 61 - Professional and Occupational Licenses","ARTICLE 14D Athletic Trainer Practice"],"source_url":"https://nmonesource.com/nmos/nmsa-unanno/en/item/18564/index.do","current_through":"2026-05-20","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T15:02:20Z","sha256":"83809c8e43463b4836c4c652e1f79749f92a23d39e3cbc735e88b017be64f11c","source_id":"us-nm","stale":false,"prev":"us-nm/61-14d-8","next":"us-nm/61-14d-10"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
