(Repealed effective July 1, 2036.)","body":"Except as provided in Section 61-1-34 NMSA 1978, the board shall establish a schedule of reasonable fees for applications, certificates of registration, certificates as a landscape architect in training, temporary permits, re-registration, inactive status and late registration renewal as follows:\nA. the initial application fee shall be set in an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100);\nB. the initial certificate of registration fee shall be set in an amount not to exceed three hundred dollars ($300);\nC. the certificate of registration renewal fee shall be set in an amount not to exceed four hundred dollars ($400);\nD. the initial and the renewal fee for landscape architect in training certification shall be set in an amount not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200);\nE. the annual inactive status fee shall be set at one-half the renewal fee for the year; and\nF. the late fee for registration renewal shall be set at an amount not to exceed twice the renewal fee.","path":["Chapter 61 - Professional and Occupational Licenses","ARTICLE 24B Landscape Architects"],"source_url":"https://nmonesource.com/nmos/nmsa-unanno/en/item/18564/index.do","current_through":"2026-05-20","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T15:02:20Z","sha256":"d373c055966b30c78cd1f2ffd200030cc978fd34b907d3f7246126155f37ab14","source_id":"us-nm","stale":false,"prev":"us-nm/61-24b-10","next":"us-nm/61-24b-12"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
