A person shall not operate a transportation network company in New Mexico without first having obtained a permit from the department of transportation.\nB. A permit issued to a transportation network company by the department of transportation shall be effective for one year.\nC. The department of transportation shall issue a permit to a transportation network company that meets the requirements set forth in the Transportation Network Company Services Act and any rules adopted by the department pursuant to that act.
