{"data":{"id":"us-nm/66-5-16","jurisdiction":"us-nm","citation":"66-5-16","heading":"Physical license to be carried and exhibited on demand.","body":"Every licensee shall have the licensee's driver's license in its physical form in the licensee's immediate possession at all times when operating a motor vehicle and shall display the license in its physical form upon demand of a magistrate, a peace officer or a field deputy or inspector of the division.
