The division shall not use a violation of Section 66-7-301 NMSA 1978, where the posted speed limit is designated as fifty-five or sixty-five miles an hour, for the purpose of suspending or revoking a driver's license unless the driver was exceeding the speed of seventy-five miles an hour.\nB.
