The application shall contain:\nA. a description of the proposed unit area and the vertical limits to be included therein with a map or plat thereof attached;\nB. a statement that the reservoir or portion thereof involved in the application has been reasonably defined by development;\nC. a statement of the type of operations contemplated for the unit area;\nD. a copy of a proposed plan of unitization which the applicant considers fair, reasonable and equitable;\nE. a copy of a proposed operating plan covering the manner in which the unit will be supervised and managed and costs allocated and paid; and\nF. an allegation of the facts required to be found by the division under Section 70-7-6 NMSA 1978.","path":["Chapter 70 - Oil and Gas","ARTICLE 7 Statutory Unitization Act"],"source_url":"https://nmonesource.com/nmos/nmsa-unanno/en/item/18573/index.do","current_through":"2026-07-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T15:02:20Z","sha256":"f1030ce51808d0e9f505a710008f67ea51c0668185be35128087ea673c42241b","source_id":"us-nm","stale":false,"prev":"us-nm/70-7-4","next":"us-nm/70-7-6"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
