{"data":{"id":"us-nm/72-13-12","jurisdiction":"us-nm","citation":"72-13-12","heading":"Violations made misdemeanors.","body":"Any person or corporation violating any of the provisions of Section [Sections] 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 and 11 [72-13-4, 72-13-5, 72-13-8 to 72-13-11 NMSA 1978] of this act or any of the rules and regulations promulgated by the state engineer in conformity therewith, and each day such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall pay a fine of not less than twenty-five ($25.00) dollars nor more than two hundred fifty ($250) dollars for each offense.
