{"data":{"id":"us-nm/8-6-2","jurisdiction":"us-nm","citation":"8-6-2","heading":"Seal of state treasurer.","body":"There is adopted an official seal of the treasurer of the state of New Mexico.\nThe seal shall be in substantially the following form:\nThe seal above has not been amended or altered in any way.\nThe seal shall contain the words \"Treasurer of the State of New Mexico\" running clockwise around the upper portion of the outer edge, and the date \"1912\" on the lower part of the outer edge, running from left to right; and there shall be in the center a Mexican eagle grasping a serpent in its beak, the cactus in its talons, shielded by the American eagle with outspread wings, and grasping arrows in its talons; and a key under the eagles.
