Persons eligible for enrollment as corps members are persons who:\n(1) are unemployed;\n(2) are between the ages of fourteen and twenty-five years old;\n(3) are New Mexico residents; and\n(4) meet any additional eligibility standards for employment as deemed necessary by the commission.\nB. Corps members are not entitled to any employee benefits provided to state employees under the Personnel Act [Chapter 10, Article 9 NMSA 1978].
