Confirm the pendency of the investigation;\n2. Clarify the procedural aspects of the disciplinary proceedings;\n3. Explain the right of the judge to a fair hearing without prejudgment;\n4. State that the judge denies the allegations;\n5. Explain the reasons for dismissing a complaint; and\n6.
