A violation of NRS 100.095 to 100.180, inclusive, constitutes a deceptive trade practice for the purposes of NRS 598.0903 to 598.0999, inclusive. A lessee or other person who is a debtor or secondary obligor under the consumer vehicle lease may bring a civil action in any court of competent jurisdiction for such violation.\n2.
