The court shall dismiss an action involving nonresidential construction if the attorney for the complainant fails to:\n(a) File an affidavit required pursuant to NRS 11.258;\n(b) File a report required pursuant to subsection 3 of NRS 11.258; or\n(c) Name the expert consulted in the affidavit required pursuant to subsection 1 of NRS 11.258.\n2.
