No agricultural or grazing lands within the state shall hereafter be conveyed for agricultural or grazing purposes by lease or otherwise, except in fee and perpetual succession, for a longer period than 25 years.\n2. No other lands or real property shall be so conveyed for a longer period than 99 years.\n3.
