{"data":{"id":"us-nv/nrs-116b.205","jurisdiction":"us-nv","citation":"NRS 116B.205","heading":"“Residential unit owner” defined.","body":"“Residential unit owner” means a declarant, the hotel unit owner or other person who owns a residential unit, or a lessee of a residential unit in a leasehold condominium hotel whose lease expires simultaneously with any lease the expiration of which will remove the residential unit from the condominium hotel, but does not include a person having an interest in a residential unit solely as security for an obligation.
